Cave Creek Capital Partners is a limited liability company formed to acquire mid-size commercial real estate assets in the Phoenix metropolitan area and throughout the greater Southwest.

THE PARTNERS

Managing Directors Mark Schulman and Jeff Levine have syndicated and managed numerous transactions primarily in the Phoenix market. Both have extensive experience with complex real estate structuring, negotiation, management and finance. Their opportunistic vision for Cave Creek Capital Partners is shared by Michael Bushell, Managing Director, Property Management.
